Senior Desktop and Office 365 Engineer

An IT Solutions company is looking for a Senior Desktop & Office 365 Engineer to deliver outstanding support to our clients and keep their IT environments running smoothly.

In this role you will take ownership of Office 365 administration desktop support and troubleshooting across a wide range of technical issues .

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems works smart and independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and accountability are valued.

Port Elizabeth Permanent R25 000 pm In-Office

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and resolve client support tickets via email or phone.
• Configure client software email accounts and troubleshoot related issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 portal and Exchange.
• Conduct regular patch management hardware support and antivirus updates via RMM tools.
