Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who can also support Business Development activities. This dual-role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and is keen to contribute to the growth of a dynamic training provider.
Telesales Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and employers to promote our client's training courses.
- Follow up on warm leads generated via marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM systems.
- Aim to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for course enrolments.
- Provide excellent customer service and course information to potential learners.
Business Development Duties
Identify and engage with new employer partners across the West Midlands to promote Skills Bootcamp opportunities.Attend networking events, trade shows, and meetings to represent our client.Support the development of strategic partnerships with local authorities, training providers, and industry bodies.Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.Skills & Experience
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or business development (ideally in education, training, or recruitment).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of the trades or training sector is a plus but not essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
