About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual who wants to break into the recruitment
industry with a UK-based client. This is an office-based role in Centurion and offers a clear
development pathway into a 270 recruiter position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted business development to generate new client leads
- Build relationships with UK hiring managers and decision-makers
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple roles
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification calls
- Manage parts of the recruitment lifecycle while learning full-desk responsibilities
- Provide weekly activity and performance updates
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet hiring deadlines
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience
