We are seeking experienced developers and technical experts for the role of Instructors in our AI‑assisted programming educational program. We're also looking for skilled educators, trainers, and practitioners in AI automation, soft skills development, and business transformation. You can join us on a part‑time basis, leading interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers and business audiences.

What you will do :

• Facilitate Live Learning Experiences :

Lead engaging live sessions, workshops, and webinars focused on your area of expertise — whether AI‑assisted programming, automation workflows, soft skills development, or business transformation.

Mentor students during 1‑on‑1 video calls, addressing their specific questions and challenges.

Work closely with instructional designers to create or refine course structure aligned with program goals and learner needs.

Adapt delivery style and materials to meet diverse learner needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

For AI Automation roles : 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI automation and workflow design.

AI Automation Instructors should have :

Practical experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate).

Strong understanding of organizational transformations (digital, cultural, strategic, crisis‑driven).

Experience conducting training on soft skills, leadership, and managerial competencies.

Proven experience conducting online training sessions, workshops, or webinars (internal or public).

English proficiency : B2 or higher (spoken and written).

Comfortable utilizing AI‑driven tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline routine and creative tasks.

Availability to dedicate 10-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Understanding of motivational design principles in education.
