Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements :

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in Automotive Service Aftersales Marketing
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent required
• Experience at a Vehicle Manufacturer Dealership Network or Automotive Service provider essential
• Strong Excel PowerPoint and Data Management skills required
• Ability to extract insights from large data sets (KPI Retention and Customer Data)
• Competence with marketing or analytics tools such as CRM Systems and BI Dashboards
• Hands-on experience tracking competitor service offerings and market trends
• Ability to produce market insight reports and recommend new service initiatives based on analysis
• Understanding of Service Retention Strategies Customer Loyalty Programs or Workshop Campaign Planning
• Own reliable transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required upon request
