Agile Delivery Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership : Oversee multiple Agile projects and coordinate dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery of complex initiatives.
• Agile Expertise : Champion Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) while tailoring approaches to fit the companies evolving needs.
• Technical Collaboration : Work closely with software developers, architects, and data engineers to understand and support Agile technical practices such as continuous integration, automated testing, DevOps pipelines, and incremental delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and priorities.
• Delivery Oversight : Track progress at the program level, proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove impediments to keep initiatives on track.
• Continuous Improvement : Facilitate retrospectives, coach teams, and promote a culture of learning and improvement across the program.
• Reporting & Transparency : Provide clear and timely program updates to leadership, highlighting risks, progress, and key metrics.
