Purpose Of The Job :

Our client is looking for a Qualified Diesel Technician with Petrol experience to join their Team. You will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the onsite workshop as well as working on Heavy Duty commercial vehicles and Petrol passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities :

• Carry out maintenance repairs and diagnostics on heavy-duty trucks as well as petrol passenger vehicles
• Manage maintain and control the onsite workshop to ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct scheduled servicing preventative maintenance and attend to mechanical breakdowns
• Travel when required to attend roadside or offsite breakdowns
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures
• Always uphold honesty and integrity particularly when handling fuel and workshop resources
• Maintain accurate job cards service reports and records of work completed
• Provide input into improving workshop processes and vehicle uptime
