Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Sales Managers calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, sales activities, and internal events.
  • Handle general administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Support induction and meet-and-greet processes with new clients / staff.
  • Use MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and tracking.
  • Learn and use Zoho software (training will be provided if needed).

Requirements :

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience as a PA or similar role preferred.
  • Comfortable in high-pressure, urgent environments.
  • Quick learner with good tech skills.
