🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead administration and support of Windows and Linux server environments , ensuring system integrity, performance, and reliability.
• Manage and optimize Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO) , and hybrid identity infrastructures .
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and tools, ensuring smooth user experiences and secure configurations.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash , or similar tools to improve systems efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third-party software , OS configurations, and networking components.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align systems engineering solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior engineers and support staff.
