CNC Operator

To support the output of precision manufactured components in a high-mix low-volume environment, adhering to high-quality standards through efficient, and effective, setting, operating and maintaining of CNC machinery.

Your mission :

• Machine Setup and Operation : Effectively set up and operate CNC mills, turning and live tooling machines according to the relevant specifications. Perform initial setup checks to ensure proper alignment and calibration.
• Programming and Adjustment : Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand production requirements. Input, and adjust, CNC programs as needed to optimize production processes to achieve the desired targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Quality Control : Perform regular, in and end of process, quality checks on manufactured components using precision measuring tools. Identify and correct any deviations from specifications to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Conduct, and assist with, routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance, reliability and longevity. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
