Senior Field Guide

Role Summary :

The Senior Guide delivers premium guest experiences and supports the Head Guide in mentoring and leading field teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead game drives and interpretive sessions.

Assist in upskilling and mentoring junior guides.

Ensure guest safety and comfort in all field operations.

Maintain expert knowledge of wildlife conservation and local culture.

Participate in operational planning and guest feedback processes.

Requirements

Valid guiding qualifications PDRP DEAT and first aid

Minimum 5 years guiding experience in safari or conservation settings.

Exceptional wildlife knowledge and interpretive skills.

Strong communication and guest service skills.

Ability to lead a guiding team in the field.

Professional proactive and highly motivated.
