What you will be doing :
Compile annual financial statements in line with IFRS and IFRS for SMEsEnsure compliance with relevant Companies Act disclosure requirementsPrepare working paper files supporting financial statement disclosuresLiaise with audit teams on adjustments and presentationApply correct accounting treatment to complex transactions (leases, financial instruments, fair value adjustments)Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and frameworksWork with clients to gather information and resolve queriesMeet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputsWhat we are looking for :
BCom Accounting degree or equivalentCompleted SAICA articles advantageous2-3 years' experience compiling financial statementsProficiency in CaseWare Working Papers essentialStrong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and Companies Act disclosure requirementsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and organisational skillsBenefits and unique aspects :
