Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administrative duties relating to life insurance and investments
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, resolving client service requests and ensuring all compliance is up to date
  • New business preparation and implementation
  • Servicing preparation and implementation
  • Ensure high levels of customer services are maintained
  • Maintain detailed electronic client files on system
  • Personnel management
  • General administrative duties for the Life Insurance division under TWK insurance
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Advanced skills in Excel (advantageous)
  • At least 2 years work experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
  • Hard working, conscientious and energetic
