Diploma / BTEC in Business Administration / Finance field
Maintain and control groceries expenses and inventory level
Maintain and control stationary expenses and inventory levels
Monitor and report abuse and unprecedented use of inventory consumption as / when occurs
Ensure timeous ordering and delivery of stock to avoid shortages / lack of inventory
Raise and obtain approval of Purchase Orders for grocery / stationary inventory
Maintain accurate records of staff consumption of stationary items
Submit monthly telephone reports to Finance Manager
Assist with internal audits / verifications
Prep and maintain supplier files and documentation for auditing / financial year end verification purposes.
File completed job packs for finance
Verify and generate job card labels for files / archive boxes
Archive completed job files according to archive schedule with logistics
