Location : Randjesfontein, Midrand

Working Hours :

  • 90 hours over a two-week perio

Office Hours :

  • Monday Thursday : 08 : 00 17 : 00
  • Friday : 07 : 30 16 : 30
  • Start Date :

  • As soon as possible
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Computer literacy

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients
  • Respond to client queries via Business WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and plan routes for field representatives
  • Perform accurate data capturing
  • Allocate payments and process approvals
  • Generate invoices for completed work
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments
  • Handle general office tasks as required
  • This is an office-based position
  • Training :

  • Full training provided on internal systems, software, and process
