Our client is a leader in the food packaging industry.
We are looking for a seasoned Field Service Engineer with some Sales Experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Participate in troubleshooting and repair activities to equipment.
- Mentor and train Apprentice Engineer with routine maintenance, fault finding and installations.
- Attend to breakdowns during and after business hours.
- Sales visits to new and existing clients when technical responsibilities are slow.
- Collect information and open an enquiry.
- Present the offer to the client and go through the specification of the machine.
- Follow up on opportunities from quotation right through to order.
- Compile detailed visit reports on Salesforce.
- Handling of customer complaints and resolving conflict.
