Process Engineer

Overview

Khonology is a digital services company focused on software development, Application Support, data analytics, and engineering.

We are looking to onboard five process engineers on a 6 month contract to work within a highly complex service environment, with ageing technology and highly interconnected and interdependent systems.

Responsibilities

• Document existing and new processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and traceability across the technology stack.
• Capture and maintain a comprehensive crisis management and incident log, including root cause analysis and remediation workflows, to reduce repeat occurrences and improve response agility.
• Collaborate across the department to accurately document all end-to-end existing and new processes.
• Ensure processes are documented and housed in a central repository.
