In this role youll support the development of new Business Intelligence offerings monitor existing solutions and provide insights that help our clients make smarter data-driven decisions.

Youll work closely with stakeholders across operations workforce planning and customer experience turning business challenges into actionable data solutions that drive measurable results.

Duties & Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Data Analysis & Modeling

• Extract clean and analyze large datasets to uncover trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and support simple predictive models (e.g. linear / logistic regression decision trees).
• Assist in data preprocessing and visualization to ensure actionable insights are clear and meaningful.
• Evaluate models using metrics such as accuracy precision recall F1-score and RMSE .
