🔑 What Were Looking For:
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development, or account management within short-term insurance
RE5 qualification (essential)
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Confident communicator with solid industry knowledge
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
