About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner : ERP System Implementation (SYSPRO) to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development and maintenance of products. Reporting to the Applications Manager, you will drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Monitor and report on product performance and KPIs

Qualifications & Experience :

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 10 years' experience with at least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a large-scale ERP implementation, preferably with SYSPRO.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong experience managing third-party vendors and complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and data governance principles.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
