Job Purpose
Inbound or outbound policy sales, based on leads and campaigns. Initiate the customer relationship and meet various KPIs. Connect with the customer, conduct needs analysis and propose customer solutions. Requires solid knowledge of products, their characteristics, and the market, with a focus on growth of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationships Development : Make calls by telephone to allocated customers to develop new relationships or as a first point of contact.
- Customer Needs Clarification : Interview the customer to clarify requirements; assist in collecting client requirements and make detailed notes.
- Sales Call Planning : Set clear objectives for each sales call; use standard materials to present to the customer; ask relevant questions to gauge interest and identify areas needing further information.
- Sell Customer Propositions : Identify products / services that meet customer needs, explain the selection, and invite purchase at standard terms; propose quantities within policies and procedures; highlight benefits and solutions.
- Operational Compliance : Understand and adhere to organisational policies, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct relevant to the role.
- CRM Data Management : Schedule callbacks and enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact to support call planning and data quality.
- Performance Management : Prioritise workload and meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards; use performance systems to improve personal performance to meet SLA.
- Personal Capability Building : Stay updated on internal policies and external regulations through online training and formal assessments.
- Sales Opportunities Creation : Identify potential customers via information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
Education
