We help growing companies get the financial clarity they need by pairing experienced CFOs with skilled analysts. Our mission is simple : give business owners the insights they need to make confident decisions — without drowning them in spreadsheets or confusing reports.

The CFO + Analyst model combines strategic client-facing work with deep financial analysis. It creates value for clients and supports sustainable scaling. We believe in servant leadership, collaboration, and using AI to make our work smarter and faster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial data, models, and reports (e.g., 13-week cash flow)
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc FP&A analysis
• Conduct variance analysis, KPIs, and identify financial trends
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate asynchronously with CFO partners, documenting workflows and findings
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and AI automation
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk awareness in financial reporting

Working Hours

This is a full-time role (40 hours / week) with required overlap from 6am - 2pm EST to align with our US-based CFOs.
