This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, data-rich environment and wants to work at the heart of commercial decision-making.

As the Financial Planner & Analyst, you'll play a key role in :

Analysing financial and operational data to spot trends, drive insights, and support business performance.

Developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

• Partnering across teams including Finance, Marketing, and Data Science to align on goals and strategies.
• Creating compelling dashboards and visual reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data clearly to senior stakeholders.

Recommending data-driven commercial improvements and optimisations.

Were looking for someone with :

2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.

Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.

Experience with Power BI and / or Tableau .

Working knowledge of SQL.

A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or similar.

Retail lending experience would be a plus, but its not essential.
