• Run quotes on external insurer platforms and perform data comparisons.
• Interpret scheme benefit structures and assess their impact on members.
• Review and apply existing policy conditions in relation to market alternatives.
• Manage both personal and shared email inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain and update internal workflows, systems, and reporting tools.
