Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to support operational and commercial objectives.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Manage import / export logistics, including customs processes and freight forwarding.
- Align production planning with sales forecasts and material availability, ensuring optimal scheduling.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, and minimisation of wastage.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO and health & safety requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure operational alignment and timely execution.
- Lead and mentor the planning and procurement team, ensuring strong performance and development.
Qualification and Skills Required :
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.Minimum of 5 years experience within manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or planning.Minimum of 4 years experience in team leadership.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and import / export and freight processes.Whats In It for Me (WIIFM)?
