The Role
We’re hiring a Recruiter to lead the charge in hiring our internal staff, including operations managers, client success managers, executive assistants, marketers, HR professionals, and more. You’ll be the gatekeeper of talent and the matchmaker of potential. You’ll run full‑cycle recruitment and own the quality of every internal hire we make. You won’t be hiring for our law firm clients. You’ll be hiring the people who make RemoteLegalStaff what it is.
What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting for all internal hires : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
- Craft and refine compelling job ads that attract top‑tier candidates
- Vet candidates not just for skill, but for speed, ownership, and judgment
- Partner with department heads to deeply understand what "great" looks like for each role
- Build shortlists, conduct first‑round interviews, and drive the hiring process forward fast
- Improve our recruiting playbook : streamline tools, systems, and communication
- Maintain visibility across multiple open roles and pipelines at once
