About the Role
As an HR Recruiter at Vision Marketing, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and play a key role in shaping our growing team. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, lead effective recruitment campaigns, and attract individuals who share our values and ambition for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives.
- Collaborate with management to forecast and plan hiring needs.
- Manage job postings, candidate databases, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
- Support onboarding and initial training processes for new hires.
