About the Role

We are seeking a confident and highly skilled Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams supporting a global pharmaceutical client. Operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the RTE will be the central orchestrator—facilitating PI Planning, driving release alignment, and ensuring delivery against business and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, influencing at all levels of the organization, and working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires not only Agile expertise but also the ability to inspire, align, and deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Agile ceremonies across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to align delivery timelines with business priorities.
• Drive release planning, sprint forecasting, and capacity management using story point metrics.
• Identify risks early, remove impediments, and ensure smooth execution across programs.
• Provide transparency through JIRA dashboards, reports, and Agile performance metrics.
• Promote best practices in SAFe, Scrum, and Agile delivery, mentoring teams for continuous improvement.
• Support technology initiatives involving SAP BTP, Blue Yonder, API integrations, and other enterprise solutions.
• Ensure projects align with pharmaceutical regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, etc.).
