Key Responsibilities
Partner with employees to resolve complex employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts in accordance with South African labour legislation.
Design and implement employee engagement surveys and focus groups to gather meaningful feedback.
Build trusted relationships with employees while managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Partner with the Global HR team to support the development of compelling content (presentations, communications, multimedia) that showcases our culture and values.
Prepare and present regular HR metrics and reports to the Global HR team.
Requirements
3-5 years of HR generalist or business partner experience, preferably in professional services or the legal industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Work Environment
Hybrid work model with regular office presence to build team engagement, flexibility to work non-standard hours as business needs require.
