As the Human Resources Head of Department you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizations people strategy and fostering a positive work environment. You will lead a team of HR professionals to attract develop and retain top talent while also ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What are your key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Drive diversity equity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and promote a positive company culture.
