Are you an experienced engineering leader with a deep understanding of large-scale energy infrastructure? We're seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee multidisciplinary engineering activities in our Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) operations. ð§ Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil) in the design, execution, and maintenance of LNG facilities.
- Oversee engineering deliverables throughout FEED, EPC, and operational support phases.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with international LNG standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the engineering team.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and third-party contractors.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, HAZOPs, and value engineering exercises.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes (e.g., ASME, API, IEC, NFPA, ISO) and local regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation in LNG facility design, reliability, and energy efficiency.
ð Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).10+ years of experience in engineering roles within the oil & gas or LNG industry.Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams on large-scale capital projects.Strong understanding of LNG processes, cryogenic systems, and process safety.Familiarity with engineering software such as Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD, SmartPlant, or similar.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
