About The Role

We are seeking a senior finance leader to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic guidance for a fast‑growing, subscription‑based DTC business with brick‑and‑mortar retail operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in US venture‑backed companies and be comfortable operating in a remote, high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, modeling, and analysis to support business strategy.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple channels (DTC and retail).
• Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other financial regulations as required.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team.
