Overview
This is a remote freelance position for a Paid Media Specialist focused on Google Ads and YouTube Ads. The role involves managing and optimizing advertising campaigns and setting up and monitoring Google Analytics tracking to drive measurable business growth. The candidate should have expertise in paid media strategy, campaign execution, and data-driven optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display).
- Manage YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Set up, monitor, and analyze Google Analytics tracking, including conversion tracking, event tracking, and custom goals.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
- Write compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display) and YouTube campaigns.Strong proficiency in Google Analytics setup, tracking, and reporting.Ability to implement conversion tracking, event tracking, and custom goals.Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization.Copywriting skills for compelling ad creatives.Analytical mindset with experience in performance data analysis and insights extraction.Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, and PPC best practices.Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.KPIs
