Job descriptionBudgeting and Forecasting Prepare monthly management accounts Monthly financial reporting Prepare board packs Prepare and submission of statutory returns and company secretarial duties : Know your client procedures CIPC SARS (including VAT, ETI, Tax computations, and provisional tax) Prepare business plans to provide accurate financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards Manage weekly and monthly payments Prepare audit files and finalization of accounts Liaising with external auditors and ensuring company compliance with all aspects of the audits Review and implementation of internal controls Continuous evaluation of and improvements to financial systems and processes, to increase efficiency and accuracy. Legal Agreements Credit applications Asset Finance Cashflow Insurance
Financial Manager
Our client, a Producer, Packer, and Exporter of fruit, is looking to employ a Financial Manager to join their finance team in Bellville.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements :
- Qualified CA, with a strong commercial acumen
- Minimum of 8 years experience in finance or accounting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in MS Office and payroll software
- Agricultural experience would be to your advantage
- Be willing to travel from time to time
