• Are you someone who can :
• Facilitate quality delivery across the various teams.
• Monitor quality adherence and compliance to quality standards.
• Ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives.
• Deploy the quality management tools.
• Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues.
• Communicate quality initiatives.
• Provide ongoing intelligence on customers and competitors using internal and external data sources i.e. monitor surveys etc.
• Offer input into market analysis and segmentation.
• Assist in aligning processes in the business and to ensure that this is in line with customers' expectations.
• Identify possible risks in the area and come up with suitable action plans to ensure there are no loopholes in the process.
• You will be an ideal candidate if you have :
• 2 Years plus experience in a Quality Assurer role
• Life Insurance Experience would be beneficial
• Phone Call Evaluation and Etiquette
• Evaluation of Complaints and the root causes
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques is essential.
• Communication
• : Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for collaborating with teams, explaining quality standards, and reporting findings.
• Attention to Detail
• : The ability to be meticulous and spot inconsistencies is a critical skill for this role.
• Analytical Skills :
• A strong ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement is necessary.
• Root Cause Analysis :
• The Ability to do root cause analysis
