Commercial Truck Sales Specialist required in Newcastle.
An opportunity for an experienced Commercial Truck Sales Specialist is required for permanent employment based in Northern KZN.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a reputable brand, selling new and used commercial vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and fleet units, to both existing and new clients across multiple sectors.
Salary : Market-related basic + Commission + Fuel Allowance + Vehicle (Highly negotiable).
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell a range of commercial trucks and related fleet products
- Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic networking
- Maintain relationships with existing key accounts and clients in the region
- Accurately assess client needs and propose tailored vehicle and finance solutions
- Conduct regular client visits, fleet inspections, and onsite product presentations
- Coordinate vehicle orders, pre-deliveries, handovers, and aftersales follow-up
- Ensure all sales processes, documentation, and CRM records are maintained
Requirements :
Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience in the truck / commercial vehicle industryProven track record in meeting or exceeding targetsExcellent understanding of commercial vehicle specs, capabilities, and sales trendsWell-connected in transport, construction, logistics, agriculture, or fleet sectorsCode 08 or 14 Driver’s Licence (essential)Strong negotiation, closing and customer service skillsCRM and basic computer literacySelf-driven, structured, and well-presentedTraceable references required#J-18808-Ljbffr
