Job & Company Description :

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and cost management to support business strategy. This role requires a detail-oriented and commercially minded professional who can collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial efficiency and informed decision-making.

Duties include but not limited to :

Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business operations.
Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends to optimize financial performance.
Providing insights on cost control, margin analysis, and business profitability.
Assisting in financial reporting and streamlining processes for operational efficiency.
Engaging with key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Education :

CIMA qualification preferred (or currently studying towards it).

A relevant finance degree (BCom or equivalent).

Job Experience & Skills required :

Minimum 3 years experience in a Management Accountant role.

Exposure to a retail or FMCG environment is essential.

Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in financial reporting and business partnering.
