👤 Salary : R 1 400 000.00 / R 1 500 000.00 per annum

✅ Key Responsibilities :

• 📊 Group Consolidations & Reporting :
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS .
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• 📚 Technical Accounting & Compliance :
• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• ⚙️ Operational Leadership :
• Partner with business units to improve financial processes and controls.
• Drive operational efficiency and support decision-making through accurate reporting.
• 🚀 Project Management & Strategic Initiatives :
• Lead financial projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and the integration of new entities.
• Support deal-making and structuring activities, including due diligence and financial modelling.
• 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement :
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Auditors, and external advisors.
• Present financial results and insights to executive management and the Board.
