Introduction

An established healthcare facility in Pretoria North is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to support the training and development of nursing professionals within the ICU.

The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of clinical competence and education are maintained.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• SANC Registered Professional Nurse
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Post‑basic qualification in ICU Nursing
• Qualification in Nursing Education essential
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in ICU or as a Clinical Facilitator advantageous
• Strong communication, mentoring, and teaching skills
• Computer literacy essential
• Ability to assess, support, and guide nurses in clinical practice
