About the Role
We are looking for a strategic yet hands‑on Growth Marketer to help drive organic growth for our startup. This role is ideal for a creative “growth hacker” who thrives in fast‑moving environments, learns quickly, and knows how to design and execute marketing programs with measurable results.
Your focus will start with organic channels (content, social, email, web / SEO), with the opportunity to test and scale into paid media once strong signals are identified. You’ll also collaborate with product to design a higher‑converting website, and with sales to produce compelling collateral that accelerates customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Marketing : Develop and execute content strategies (blogs, case studies, thought leadership, video, infographics, etc.) that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Social Media Marketing : Build and manage organic social campaigns across relevant platforms. Identify where our target B2B and future B2C audiences spend time and craft content that resonates.
- Email Marketing : Design, test, and optimize email campaigns and nurture flows to engage prospects and customers.
- Website & Landing Page Optimization : Improve website UX and conversion rates by creating and iterating on landing pages, messaging, and calls‑to‑action.
- Sales Enablement : Create collateral for the sales team (e.g. one‑pagers, decks, videos) to improve conversions and accelerate the pipeline.
- Growth Strategy & Experimentation : Own experimentation across organic channels, test hypotheses quickly, and double down on what works.
- Market Understanding : Deeply understand our two‑sided marketplace. Suppliers (hotels, stadiums, universities, casinos, hospitals, etc.) who sell recycled materials, and Brands (Pepsi, Coke, Red Bull, MolsonCoors, AB InBev, etc.) who buy back those materials. Tailor messaging and content strategies to both groups.
