Senior Building Foreman – Residential Multi-Storey Projects (Cape Town)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Foreman to join our team and take charge of live residential building projects, including multi-storey developments in Cape Town. Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day site operations on live residential projects. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants. Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements : Proven experience as a Senior Building Foreman on multi-storey residential projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage complex live building environments effectively.
