Creditor’s Supervisor
Fidelity Services Group – Head Office, based at Helderkruin.
Main Purpose of Position
To ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. Accurate completion of supplier reconciliations. Resolve supplier queries. Management and mentoring of creditor clerks.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Preferably a recognised Credit Control qualification
- At least 3–4 years’ experience and full knowledge in Credit Control and reconciliation
- Sound working knowledge of SAP system
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must have own reliable transport
Key Performance Areas (Not totally inclusive)
Receiving of invoices and ensuring that the necessary authorisation is obtainedPreparation of invoices and capturing onto SAP before month‑end deadlinesEnsuring that monthly statements are received and creditors’ accounts are reconciled monthly / weekly for fuel creditorsLiaising with suppliers in relation to any queries and ensuring that they are resolvedAdministration of creditor accountsPreparation and capturing of creditor paymentsFiling of all relevant documentationEnsuring the correct handling of VAT in all instancesAccurately raise accruals for each monthManagement of creditor staffOverall support to Finance in all aspectsPersonality Attributes and Core Competencies
