Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of contract conditions and project management.
• Ensure productive and profitable utilization of resources on site.
• Liaise with clients on project site matters to achieve objectives and requirements.
• Manage sub-contractors and workforce to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Plan manpower materials accommodation transport and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OHSA 16.2 & MHSA).
• Compile and review monthly progress claims costs and reports.
• Conduct site meetings and provide weekly reports to the Area Manager.
• Monitor capital expenditure and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and contract specifications.
• Maintain labour harmony and positive industrial relations.
• Co-ordinate design drawings and quality plans for the project.
