Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Real Estate Agent / Property manager at Grove Properties with flexibility for some remote work.The role involves managing property transactions, potentially leading a team of property advisors, fostering client relationships, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.We are looking for senior Residential sales agents and property managers with a track record of delivering exceptional results.We offer an excellent commission based remuneration structure with ample opportunities for growth and a excellent team, ample support and culture.Your focus area and sector can be anywhere in the Western Cape, so get in touch if you fit the profile.We are looking for motivated and focussed people that resonate with our entrepreneurial mindset and commited to being property heroes to our clients.We will access your skills, personality type and we can agree on the right fit to best match your abilities with the right sector and sales, rentals or leadership focus.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proven track record in property sales and acquisitions
• Familiarity with property management practices
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field a bonus
• NQF4 and active FFC
