Key Responsibilities

• Business Development : Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and booking visits for the sales team.
• Candidate Sourcing : Identify high-quality engineering candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network.
• Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire process from job registration to placement and aftercare.
• Candidate Assessment : Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for engineering roles.
• Client Support : Spec high-caliber candidates to prospective clients and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
• Interview Preparation & Feedback : Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure thorough post-interview feedback.
• Negotiation & Relationship Management : Negotiate terms of business and placement fees while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Market Insight : Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Achieve & Exceed Targets : Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue goals.
