Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Security Site Manager to oversee all security operations at our retail site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, risk assessment, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security procedures to protect the retail site and its assets
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the retail site
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to protect staff and customers
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports
