Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join Boxer Superstores and unlock the full potential of our HR data. In this role you will turn data into actionable insights that drive business success and have a real impact on people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex HR data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform business decisions.
• Design, implement, and maintain databases, reports, and analytics tools to support the Reward and Analytics department.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop analytics solutions that meet their needs.
• Prepare and present data‑driven reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and other analytics tools to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security, and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics.
• Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across different HR initiatives.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and provide data‑driven insights to support HR initiatives and programs.
• Develop analytics solutions to inform reward strategies and optimize employee recognition and retention programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including HR operations, talent management, and compensation, to integrate data analytics into HR programs and processes.
