About The Position

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our company's growth. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage potential partners, including strategic alliances, industry associations, resellers, and distributors. Leveraging your expertise in market research and competitor analysis, you will identify lucrative partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. By crafting and executing a comprehensive partnership sales strategy, you will contribute significantly to achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.

Responsibilities :

• Recruit Partners : Identify and engage potential partners through programs and cold outreach
• Communicate and Share Information : Ensure mutual understanding and alignment by sharing relevant information
• Develop Relationships : Maintain strong, collaborative connections
• Conduct Research and Develop Strategy : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
• Act as Key Contact : Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and serve as the primary contact
• Optimize and Generate Leads : Enhance partnership effectiveness and leverage them for new business opportunities
• Coordinate Co-Marketing : Plan and execute joint marketing activities to promote shared goals
• Negotiate Agreements : Finalize partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and contractual obligations
• Collaborate Internally : Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of partnership initiatives
• Monitor and Report Performance : Track key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices
