Moksh Infotech, part of the Moksh Tech Group , is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer / Architect to join our global IT team. This remote, permanent, full-time role is for professionals with advanced expertise in network architecture, datacenter interconnects, and hybrid multi-cloud environments .

Overview

The Senior Network Engineer / Architect will design, deploy, and maintain scalable network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, and provide leadership in network strategy and security for a distributed IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud network infrastructure
• Create detailed network diagrams, documentation, and architecture blueprints
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs
• Manage upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Provide remote technical support (rotational shifts, including US hours)
• Administer and troubleshoot server systems (Domain, AD, Exchange, File / Print, Storage)
• Support Cisco, Netgear, Ruckus, Aruba, VLAN setup, and capacity planning
• Implement IT security policies, firewalls, and access control
• Manage VoIP and ISP services
• Maintain system documentation, reports, and performance statistics
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OSI layers 3–7
• Hands-on with enterprise networking hardware / software
• Familiarity with virtualization and hybrid multi-cloud
• Exhibit problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with MSP environments is a plus
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail
