About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail oriented Sales and Procurement Administrator to support our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll help drive operational excellence by managing procurement processes, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. You'll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and value, while contributing to the achievement of OryxAlign's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Management : Oversee the purchase order process, track deliveries, update systems, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Sales Support : Assist in preparing quotes and proposals, manage incoming sales enquiries, and provide timely updates to the sales team.
  • Vendor & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Subscription Renewals : Manage upcoming renewals, prepare contracts, and ensure timely completion.
  • CRM : Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Health & Safety : Complete relevant training and follow company H&S guidance.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Familiarity with the IT sector and comfort working with technology.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and risk management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 frameworks.
  • Experience with contract management systems and supplier relationship management.
  • Desirable Criteria

  • Professional qualification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
